Regarding page deletion due to copyright

Thank you for getting back to me. Since I am new to Wikipedia, pardon me for my misunderstandings. The goal is to create a Wikipedia page of my advisor on his behalf. I am using his CV and his materials as a content. It seems that I can't just copy and paste as it is. Apart from rewriting the whole contents, are there any alternatives which will potentially prevent the deletion of the page in future?

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:Marwan Krunz
