The article USA BEST REALTY has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group or service and which would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 11, as well as the guidelines on spam. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. The article USA BEST REALTY has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.

Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki 20:13, 24 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ice Records is notable in its field (Caribbean music), and the article is supported by reliable independent sources. More importantly, I have no connection with that company. As an employee of USA Best Realty, you shouldn't be writing about it. See Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. If anyone were to write about USA Best Realty, they would have to write an article that was neutral in tone, not advertising, but that still explained why the company was notable and supported its assertions with reliable sources. Uh, no. That's a franchisee (you?) and certainly not an independent source. NawlinWiki 03:54, 25 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

That's another ad, or press release, or something other than independent coverage. You can stop now. If you want to try to reverse this deletion, go to Wikipedia:Deletion review and follow the instructions there. You're going to have to provide better sources there, especially given your admitted conflict of interest. And by the way, Jimbo is not a "super-admin" who reviews every administrator's deletion decisions. Good luck, NawlinWiki 03:58, 25 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
