editWelcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Healthcare science do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Mathonius (talk) 09:52, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Yellow fever with this edit. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate may links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Cst17 (talk) 11:16, 21 May 2012 (UTC)

editHello. Are you affiliated with onlinehealthstudy.com? You might not be aware, but when a new contributor such as yourself adds a large number of external links, it can have the appearance of spamming. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 05:22, 5 June 2012 (UTC)
- You are continuing to add external links. Please stop, and review WP:SPAMMER. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 05:27, 5 June 2012 (UTC)

This is your last warning; the next time you harm Wikipedia, as you did at Pulmonary hypertension with this edit, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. , but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. July 2012 Study of authors of health-related Wikipedia pages
editDear Author/Aqadir149
My name is Nuša Farič and I am a Health Psychology MSc student at the University College London (UCL). I am currently running a quantitative study entitled Who edits health-related Wikipedia pages and why? I am interested in the editorial experience of people who edit health-related Wikipedia pages. I am interested to learn more about the authors of health-related pages on Wikipedia and what motivations they have for doing so. I am currently contacting the authors of randomly selected articles and I noticed that someone at this address edited an article on Asthma. I would like to ask you a few questions about you and your experience of editing the above mentioned article and or other health-related articles. If you would like more information about the project, please visit my user page (http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Hydra_Rain) and if interested, please reply via my talk page or e-mail me on nusa.faric.11@ucl.ac.uk. Also, others interested in the study may contact me! If I do not hear back from you I will not contact this account again. Thank you very much in advance.Hydra Rain (talk) 17:03, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
