Links to draft articles

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of Tamil films of 2021. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. Dear Yamla, I see that decline reason is "username is only small part of problem", Please explain the larger part of problem, I'm new to wikipedia. I'll correct myself.

Does the username blocking affect the page submission?

Dear Yamla, I understand why my username is blocked. I'll create another account soon. But, Does this affect my submission of "Choo Mandhirakaali" movie wikipage? I want people to know about the movie.
