If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)

Managing conflict of interest

Hi! Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. I moved your page to Draft:Angelo Brandelli Costa because it isn't quite up to Wikipedia standards yet. The main thing is it needs more inline citations to reliable sources. It's usually not best to try to create an WP:AUTOBIOGRAPHY on Wikipedia but it's possible if you follow the rules laid out at WP:Biographies of living persons and submit your draft through Articles for Creation.
