Is there something you don't understand about prohibited, as in "accounts with fewer than 500 edits ... are prohibited from editing any page that could be reasonably construed as being related to the Arab–Israeli conflict"?

Please stop editing such articles, even those only related peripherally to the conflict, until you have made 500 constructive edits in less controversial areas of the encyclopedia.
