"sources" in Der Krach der Republik
editHi Andde14. I just had a look at Der Krach der Republik and almost all the "sources" you added are promotional links to the person's webpage, which I had to remove. This creates a major issue since the purpose of sources is verification, leaving the entire article without verification. In fact, the article includes only a single source outside the charts and certifications sections, and I can't evaluate the reliablility of this single source since it is in German. I would suggest to draftify this article giving you a chance to fix it, but it is up to you. Without sources, the entirety of these sections could be challenged and removed by any editor. --Muhandes (talk) 11:40, 4 November 2021 (UTC)
- Please don't add discogs as source, see WP:RSPSS. --Muhandes (talk) 12:13, 4 November 2021 (UTC)
- Without these sources, I can´t verify anything at all in this article. This is no problem for the german version of this article, however. So I guess I´m taking my chances with it. Andde14 (talk) 13:27, 4 November 2021 (UTC)
- I had a look at the German version, and it doesn't use any of these "sources", nor does it use discogs. It uses the album's booklet as a source, which of course is a valid source if you have it and can verify the facts. --Muhandes (talk) 15:52, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
- Ok, I stand corrected. But please give me your reason why you changed the layout of the CD 1/2 part. Same layout was used in german version of the article Andde14 (talk) 08:45, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- I'm not sure what you mean by "layout of the CD 1/2 part", can you point to the edit in which I made that change? It is probably something I did unintentionally. Also, what does "Begleitheft" mean? We try to use English in the English Wikipedia. --Muhandes (talk) 13:17, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry, I meant the Track Listing. I will change it back to how I intended it to be, so you can see the difference. I also changed "Begleitheft" to "booklet". — Preceding unsigned comment added by Andde14 (talk • contribs) 13:25, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- Again, maybe I I did something unintentionally, but even more likely, it was another editor. I improved the citation format on the booklet. You can add other parameters if you have them. By the way, you removed the cover image, is there a reason for that? --Muhandes (talk) 13:33, 8 November 2021 (UTC)
- I misunderstood the text to the new picture and thought it´d be deleted next week. Thanks for all of your help btw Andde14 (talk) 07:38, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
