Infobox, not Introduction

The rectangle to the top right of articles is the Infobox, not the Introduction. The paragraph or paragraphs before sections start is referred to as the Lead or Lede. It can be edited by clicking on Edit in the top menu. You mentioned a desire to be auto-confirmed. One privilege conveyed is the ability to create articles in mainspace, but inexperienced editors are STRONGLY advised to go through the draft and Articles for Creation review process intead.
