Salt Lake history

Well, that's really great improvement. How could you dig up such info? Can you please mention your references in the article? You can add the references in a new section named "References". Regards.--Dwaipayan (talk) 17:20, 19 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

I have done some minor edits and proper wikilinking in the section. Regards.--Dwaipayan (talk) 05:04, 20 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Postmodern architecture

edit

Greetings:

Several items related to your edits to Postmodern architecture. These edits introduced a number of problems, both functional and stylistic, which I have largely corrected.

  • Please do not wikilink so many words - for specific terms, only the first reference should be linked, the article title is bolded only upon first reference and subsequently not bolded or linked (self referenced links are automatically bolded, which is why they should not be linked). Common dictionary terms are not linked without careful consideration.

Links to disambiguation pages are inappropriate in almost all cases, with the single name Venturi especially so.

  • When linking, review the text and see if you have introduced redlinks (terms with no article). Acceptable redlinks would be those specific terms that you believe should have an article. If you can write the article, please do so, even if it is only a stub.
  • New links should be followed to see if they have produced a redirect, and corrected as necessary - use the form [[Article title|reference name]]. Similar for terms that lead to a disambiguation page, e.g. Functionalism (in this context) should direct to the article Functionalism (architecture).

Spelling in articles of general interest usually follows North Americal English. Brittsh English spelling is acceptable for British and European articles, and some iternational articles (The Manchester football (soccer) team's home colours are...").

Please contact me or others if you have questions concerning methods and style. You may want to read Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style.

Best wishes, - Leonard G. 17:46, 20 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

added links pointing to Labour, Commercial, Departments, IAS, State, PSU, Legacy and Public Service Commission
