ok dude what the point of deleting these 2 templates give me a reason

The discussion about the two templates is over at the entry linked on each of the deletion templates. The gist of it is that the two navboxes don't really aid in navigation any better than the articles themselves do. Also, FYI, none of what I've done is vandalism, so I'm not sure why you reported me at AIV for this.
