Zune problem

I did some searching online and it appears like the Zune requires some sort of authentication when transferring files to and from the device. I don't think this has been bypassed. There are efforts (using Amarok) underway towards that goal.

You'll have better luck asking on Zune-Online or Ubuntuforums but I'm afraid they'll tell you the same thing.

If you got Windows XP installed, try downloading the latest driver software from the official Zune website and installing it. If that doesn't work, then I suggest you call/email Microsoft since they support the Zune on WinXP or alternatively, just return the item. MahangaTalk 01:26, 12 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
