May 2011 edit

This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at David Moyes, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 22:13, 27 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

June 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Andy Dingley. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added to the page Piston valve, because it seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Andy Dingley (talk) 12:18, 27 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.

I have gone through the edits, and through the links. This simply fails the very intro of our external links guideline. Please, have a read through that guideline, and through other documentation linked from the welcome template I will leave you in a minute at the top of this page. Thanks. --Dirk Beetstra T C 09:16, 1 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.

You failed to understand the intro of our external links guideline and 'What Wikipedia is not'. Do not use Wikipedia to draw attention to a site where you are affiliated with, please have a look at our conflict of interest guideline as well. --Dirk Beetstra T C 11:05, 1 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
