If this is in reference to this it turns out there are two villages in Kosovo called Samadrexhë. One is in the Vushtrria municipality and, because of the populatin, is now Samadrexhë, Vushtrria. The other, again because of population and also because I came across it first is at Samadrexhë. The names were based on this source which is used in both articles.
