Edit-war

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Chiangrai United F.C.. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. From earlier comments on this talk page it looks as though you are likely to already have at least some awareness of the policy on edit-warring, but if you are not entirely sure what it says then I advise you to read it now. JBW (talk) 16:10, 2 January 2024 (UTC)

JBW To make things clear, I have warned that IP (of course after reversal!) and there is no point of agreements and disagreements. If something is wrong, should get removed and if something is right, should be there! That's clearly it. I've no regrets of my actions. I did what was necessary to be done! Check that IP's edit summaries (which is mostly empty) and then check mine. I have properly described my changes. I can only assure you of one thing that I will try not to get involved in a WP:WAR. One more thing, kindly do not give me these blockage threats. I have enough maturity and understanding of what Wikipedia is and what Wikipedia is not! – π™°πš”πšœπš‘πšŠπšπšŽπšŸβ„’ πŸ—Ώ 16:18, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
Now we're talking! This is what I call an administrator's ultimatum! Great job JBW. I only wish that every single adminstrator were like you! Warning on edit warring, Dekimasu. Justice has now been done! – π™°πš”πšœπš‘πšŠπšπšŽπšŸβ„’ πŸ—Ώ 18:16, 2 January 2024 (UTC)

Please note that I have replied again on my talk. It seems you have not seen the last message there yet, which is pointing out that individual editors should not be asked to close move requests. In addition, I am concerned that the move request behavior that occurred last time there was a problem may be occurring again. Can you verify that you are contributing to the move requests only from this account? Best, Dekimasuγ‚ˆ! 05:32, 3 January 2024 (UTC)
I see, alright then! And yes, I have only one account, the one you have asked the question at! – π™°πš”πšœπš‘πšŠπšπšŽπšŸβ„’ πŸ—Ώ 05:39, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

Spicy I have not used multiple accounts. This is my only account I make contributions with on Wikipedia. I quite did not get the reason of being blocked! I haven't done anything wrong to be blocked! – π™°πš”πšœπš‘πšŠπšπšŽπšŸβ„’ πŸ—Ώ 11:18, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

Decline reason:

It looks to me very much as though you have been alternating between logged-in and logged-out editing in a way intended to be deceptive. However, even if we give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume you haven't, there is further reason for retaining the block. I see that the edit war I warned you about above was only the tip of an iceberg: you have been systematically edit-warring against the user of the IP range in question, on every article they have edited. If, as I said, we give you the benefit of the doubt about logged-out editing, you should be blocked for persistent harassment. Either way, the block should stay. JBW (talk) 12:21, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

The accusation is that you have engaged in WP:LOUTSOCK. I haven't verified this. But you may wish to adjust your unblock request to specifically state whether or not you have recently edited while signed out. --Yamla (talk) 11:33, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

Yamla, I have an account with over a 4K+ edits then why would I log out to edit! Of course I haven't! You can go through my recent edits, they are quite decent as well. This account is precious to me with 2 years full of memories. Don't take it away for god sake! Wikipedia editing makes me happy. This incident will make me suffer severely. – π™°πš”πšœπš‘πšŠπšπšŽπšŸβ„’ πŸ—Ώ 11:41, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

JBW, After that edit warring incident, I clearly said that I will try not to indulge in an edit war any further. I even had a discussion with Dekimasu (an admin) about that matter and conveyed them the same thing. What do you expect more from a Wikiuser? I let go that incident and continued my work towards Indian football and space research. I really deserve to be unblocked. "why would I log out to edit" – to create the illusion that different people are supporting your position. Which is exactly what you did, multiple times, on multiple IPs. DatGuyTalkContribs 14:52, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

I have already said I did not! Isn't it visible to you? This block is nothing but an absurd assumption. You all are accusing me how you think but remember Wikipedia is not your personal thought's repository. It's a free encyclopaedia open to everyone. I have only edited using this account of mine. This account is precious to me. I do not need to logout edit when I am having an account with over 4.6K+ edits. I have already conveyed multiple times that the WP:WAR incident was nothing but frustration (on both my talk page and at Dekimasu's talk page. And I'm repeating it here again that I want to be here, I enjoy editing Wikipedia articles. I have always followed fellow editor's suggestion and I would continue to do so. You can go through my recent contributions to check on my work. I hereby urge to the reviewing administrator to give me a chance, 'cause I truly deserve one. I don't know what the checkusers know, but this request boils down to "I didn't do it" which is insufficient with checkuser blocks- and as noted above, there are other reasons for the block to stay. 331dot (talk) 15:08, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

Then what else am I supposed to do? I'm telling you what's true! And the other reason was edit warring, which I have already covered. Per WP:STANDARDOFFER (courtesy Kashmiri), I accept the following:– 1. Wait at least six months, without sockpuppetry or block evasion; i.e. having made no edit, using any account or anonymously, on the English Wikipedia.  N (can't wait for that long!)

2. Promise to avoid the behavior that led to the block/ban.  Y

3. Don't give people reasons to object to your return.  Y – π™°πš”πšœπš‘πšŠπšπšŽπšŸβ„’ πŸ—Ώ 15:11, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

@Akshadev:: This tone is not very helpful, and please keep in mind that checkuser has confirmed that you edited Wikipedia in an inappropriate manner while logged out. You can either accept the findings, apologise, show that you understand what you did wrong, and hope to convince an admin to unblock you, or you can insult all and everyone. The choice is yours. Please also keep in mind that an indefinite block does not mean "infinite" – blocked editors can be extended a WP:STANDARDOFFER. However, your tone above may make it less likely. β€” kashmΔ«rΔ«Β TALK 15:13, 3 January 2024 (UTC)

I don't think issuing statements like "Wikipedia is not your personal thought's repository." is going to get you unblocked. I would suggest you to stop editing for next 6 months and then appeal your block through standard offer, best. Ratnahastin (talk) 04:27, 4 January 2024 (UTC)

Editing while logged out

Please keep in mind that the block relates to you: you are not allowed to edit Wikipedia. If you continue to edit while logged out, it will make the Standard Offer impossible, on top of leading to a block of your IP range. Consider these 6 months a Wikiholiday. β€” kashmΔ«rΔ«Β TALK 21:07, 5 January 2024 (UTC)

Decline reason:

This request is incoherent. Are you asking if just waiting six months without editing is enough to guarantee an unblock? No. Clearly not, this is clearly explained in WP:SO. However, following all of WP:SO is probably the only chance you have. Please note as well that it is inappropriate to abuse the unblock template to ask questions like this. In any case, for the record, six months from today is 2024-07-18, so if you are following WP:SO, I expect zero edits anywhere, including to this talk page, until at least then. Yamla (talk) 10:44, 18 January 2024 (UTC)

Β Confirmed block evasion today, with another account and earlier, via logged-out editing. --Yamla (talk) 10:46, 18 January 2024 (UTC)

Note if you are caught evading your block any further, you may be banned by the community under WP:3X. You are clearly not operating under good faith. Consider this your absolute final warning. --Yamla (talk) 10:49, 18 January 2024 (UTC)
