• But given that the article was rejected at AFD (and for good reason), I am surprised that you went ahead and created it anyway. The article is now tagged for several problems, which should be addressed. Chris, before encouraging your students to create an article, you should perhaps give thema tiny weenie bit more instruction than just a link to WP:CREATE, otherwise this is just going to be yet another class assignment disaster, with most contributions reverted once the class is done. This article is an opportunity for Adolyle6 to learn about the wiki and become an editor. The wiki will be better for it. I promise Adolye6's contributions will be more significant that the previous failed attempt. I only want to ensure the student is able to address the problems indicated by the maintenance tag before the article is overrun by zealous editors. In the future I'll try to bring these notability issues to the professor teaching the course. Chris Troutman (talk) 18:09, 6 April 2013 (UTC)

• You should tell them to work in their sandbox and only let the article be moved into mainspace if it stands a chance. That saves the students a lot of aggravation and saves time for the other editors. --Randykitty (talk) 18:24, 6 April 2013 (UTC)
