Hi. I have removed your additions to the Zaid Hamid article because they consist of your personal opinions and synthesised research. Please so the above guide to Wikipedia's policies. Additions are not acceptable if they are not backed up by reliable sources. It is not acceptable to construct criticism and arguments about the subject if the cited references don't actually refer to the Hamid directly.
