I would also add that the previously deleted tag only applies if the article was deleted per a deletion discussion; in the case of Kehinde Alli there was no discussion as the page had been speedy deleted. Adding talk headers

Hello, please do not add {{talkpage}} to low-traffic or, especially, nonexistent pages; as the documentation of that template says, it is only for pages that many new users will try to contribute to. The school climate article was written as part a knowledge dissimination effort based on Wang & Degol's and other reviews of research on School CLimate. Would it be possible to know what parts of the article you found were too similar to the arcticle or not well cited so that so we can make adjusments?
