If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Draft:Shakti Foundation for Disadvantaged Women, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Hello Abdulla Bin Reza. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Abdulla Bin Reza. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Abdulla Bin Reza|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Seraphimblade Talk to me 22:04, 2 March 2023 (UTC)Reply

I am not compensated at all. I just want to add information of Shakti Foundation for disadvantaged women at wikipedia as a Non- Profit organization Abdulla Bin Reza (talk) 22:10, 2 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
In your draft, you stated Founded in 1992 as an NGO, our mission..., We are engaging local youth..., and in your message on the talk page, ...we are sharing our social activities.... If you are not employed by the organization, to whom is "we" and "our" referring? Seraphimblade Talk to me 22:29, 2 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
I work with DED of Shakti Foundation but i am not paid. I am writing on request.
Should i remove some information. please help me to identify the word or line. Abdulla Bin Reza (talk) 04:19, 3 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
There is no "word or line". The whole thing was talking up the organization, and was not neutrally written in the slightest. As some examples, but note by no means an exhaustive list of the issues: committed to the socio-economic empowerment of disadvantaged women (brochure material, we care what reliable and independent sources confirm they've done, not what they're "committed to"), our mission is to (same again, "mission" type stuff is generally promotional and should be omitted, stick to facts sources confirm), The program’s success led to (what source confirms that it was successful?), Shakti Foundation strongly believes in..., It continues to strive for... (again, we care what they've verifiably done, not what they "believe" or "strive for"). The rest goes on in that same "Look how neat they are!" type of tone, like one would find in a brochure or, well, an "About Us" page written by the organization. (There are also some more minor issues—for example, most English speakers will not straight away recognize numerical values like "lac" or "crore", so a conversion of that into thousands, millions, billions, etc., should be provided alongside those.) But the big issue is the promotional tone. If your goal is to "get the word out" about the organization and say how great they are, you'll need to use a more appropriate venue for that, like a website for the organization or social media. Wikipedia is for neutrally written, factual material verified by reliable and independent sources. I do see you cited several sources, so it is quite possible that this organization actually is notable and an article would be appropriate, but all articles must stick to neutrally stated facts, and not in any way talk up or promote their subject.
