No Israel flag on userpage

I believe the use of File:No Israel.svg on a userpage violates item 9 of theWhat not to have on your userpage policy, and so I brought it up here where the people who posted agreed with me. Thanks for uploading File:Egyptair.gif. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

• That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
• That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Does any of the listed references support the information included in the second paragraph of the History section, namely the one starting with "On 11 September 2000..."? Hi! Sorry if I get back to you this late! Thank you for adding a source. However, now the first sentence of the second paragraph is sorted, but the rest of the paragraph is not. If the source you've added covers the whole paragraph, please add it at the end of it, otherwise, we need more sources. Sorry if I've explained myself poorly the first time. To avoid confusion, following you will find the rest of the paragraph that still needs in-line citations:

On 7 September 2009, Prime Minister Decree No. 2320 was issued. The establishment of an investment zone with an area of 135 acres within the city's scope to work in the fields of biotechnology, nanotechnology and information technology. On 9 May 2011, after the January 25 Revolution, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces’ decision No. 85 was issued to amend its name to become the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications, and in 2015 a Presidential Decree was issued Cabinet No. 332 with the final approval of the planning and division of the plot of land allocated to the City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications.
