File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Landslide-Susceptibility-San-Francisco.png. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status and its source. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously.

If you did not create this work entirely yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. You will also need to state under what licensing terms it was released. Please refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file.

Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next seven days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 19:05, 12 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I am kindly requesting to be unblocked from contributing to Wikipedia as I have been trying to post articles with relevant content and proper references. I am not trying to promote and not getting paid for these articles. I am still relatively new in Wikipedia, and since my first contributions are around similar topics so I understand that it might be perceived as that, I was trying to promote. I plan on contributing to many different topics if I am allowed. I am posting articles with great care, and I link my contributions to suitable Wikipedia pages, so they are visible. Also, I also sincerely request my deleted submissions to be restored (or permitted to be resubmitted) as I believe, they are high-quality articles with a valuable matter which was formally missing in Wikipedia. Thank you, I appreciate your timeAakim26 (talk) 08:12, 17 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Below, you were asked your association with Temblor, Inc. Your answer was a deliberate attempt to mislead us. Your association is far closer than that. Given that you have demonstrated your word cannot be trusted, I am endorsing your block. You have indeed violated Wikipedia's policies on convert advertising. What is your association with Temblor, Inc.? 331dot (talk) 08:25, 17 December 2019 (UTC) I really like their mission to help people learn their seismic risk. So I am a fan.Reply

Request reason:

I have done a summer internship 5 years ago, and I am not affiliated with Temblor, Inc. I didn't believe this constituted conflict. If you look at the articles that I added, they fully comply with your guidelines. I have no intention of covert advertising. Please let me know.Aakim26 (talk) 08:10, 27 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

Since you believe that you have acted properly, and still claim that you are not affiliated with Temblor, Inc. when it is clear that you are, there are no ground to lift the block, and I must decline your request. In the event that you are unblocked, you won't be allowed to edit about Temblor, Inc., so you will need to tell what it is you will edit about instead. 331dot (talk) 09:24, 27 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

"I have done a summer internship 5 years ago" I'm sorry, but this, too, is a deliberate attempt to mislead us. Come on, it's not hard to find that the relationship was greater than this as recently as last year. As you have repeatedly shown you have no intention of being honest with us, I am revoking your talk page access. This leaves you with WP:UTRS if you wish to be unblocked. I suggest you'd have a long way to go to regain the community's trust, after working so hard to break it. --Yamla (talk) 12:03, 27 December 2019 (UTC)Reply
