Still a clear advertised business listing in which this is targeted to clients and that violates our policy WP:What Wikipedia is not and, until it satisfies this policy, it will be unacceptable. When this has to focus closely with what they advertise, it shows it only exists as a business PR listing, not an encyclopedia.
