Username

edit

Are you the person or business connected to this phone number, which appears to be a real one? If so, I strongly suggest you change it, as it could either be seen as promotional or might be more personal information than you want to disclose.

If not, I suggest even more strongly that you request a change, as it could be seen as impersonation. For that reason I or another administrator will block the account within a day or two if there is no action, or sooner if you continue to edit without acknowledging this message. Your account has been blocked indefinitely because its username is a blatant violation of our username policy – it is obviously profane; threatens, attacks or impersonates another person; or suggests that your intention is not to contribute to the encyclopedia (see our blocking and username policies for more information).

We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia, but users are not allowed to edit with inappropriate usernames, nor is trolling or other disruptive behavior ever tolerated. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock-un|new username|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} on your user talk page, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

This user's request to be unblocked to request a change in username has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without a good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Requested username:

Request reason:

This was at one point a personal phone number belonging to my family. Since then it has become a string of numbers I frequently use for usernames, especially for sites that have relatively complex requirements. I request that this account be unblocked.

Decline reason:

Procedural decline; you will need to select a new username and clarify that this account is used by one person, per the requests below. Kuru (talk) 22:30, 19 October 2013 (UTC)Reply
I have moved your request to the more usual place at the bottom of the page. I do not see unblock as a problem, but you need to tell us your requested new username. To do this replace the phrase "new username" in the template {{unblock-un}} with the name you wish to use.--Anthony Bradbury"talk" 10:29, 17 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Changing your username

edit

I saw that you never had your username changed. Please request a name change at WP:Changing username/Simple. I'm sorry for the bureaucracy, but you have to submit the request yourself, I cannot do so for you. Huon (talk) 21:46, 13 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your draft article, Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Kamatics

edit

Hello 8022284499VT. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Kamatics".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Kamatics}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save page", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. JMHamo (talk) 11:55, 31 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
