May 2020 edit

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia. The previous revert REQUIRES a reliable source. Twitter is simply not that for a BLP Ed6767 (talk) 02:15, 7 May 2020 (UTC)
The above notice was placed in error and is now void. Ed6767 (talk) 13:57, 7 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Disputing above warning: this editor added the last name for a fictional character on a TV show. The edit was reverted with a comment that a source was needed. This editor added the last name again, this time citing a tweet from a verified Twitter account of the TV show's writer. Ed6767 reverted it as vandalism, when it was clearly a good-faith attempt to add content and source to an article. I believe both the vandalism label for the revert and the warning above are incorrect. Schazjmd (talk) 13:50, 7 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

YoungForever is being too gentle – what you are doing is both clearly disruptive, and also clearly against MOS:TVCAST. I advise you to knock this off now, because if you keep it up, you are likely to be reported and blocked... --IJBall (contribstalk) 02:15, 8 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Oh get lost. It's not even disruptive it's just ACCURATE. More important things going on in the world than complaining about CORRECT character surnames.

Hello, I'm Joseywales1961. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Julian Morris, but you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. JW 1961 Talk 16:01, 5 August 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm HickoryOughtShirt?4. I noticed that you recently removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.
