Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to Intelligence Support Activity, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

The "show preview" button is right next to the "publish changes" button and below the edit summary field.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. - theWOLFchild 20:38, 9 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Intelligence Support Activity does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! - theWOLFchild 20:40, 9 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Your edits to this article have repeatedly required clean-up after you leave. Please ask for assistance from the Help Desk if you are unsure of how to add content, sources or wiki-text.

Your entry still requires secondary sourcing, and, again... please use the preview function to check your edits instead of repeatedly saving the page until you figure out how to get the result your looking for. Thank you - theWOLFchild 11:13, 10 June 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did at Intelligence Support Activity, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article.
Note: please note that these are progressive warnings. If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia and/or refuse to communicate on talk pages, you may be blocked from editing.

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did to Intelligence Support Activity. This contravenes Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
Note: switching IPs does not mean the rules don't apply. Please read Wikipedia's sourcing policy and stop removing 'citation needed' tags unless you are adding appropriate sourcing. Thank you

Do not use multiple IP addresses to vandalize Wikipedia. Such attempts to avoid detection or circumvent the blocking policy will not succeed. You are welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia but your recent edits have been reverted or removed. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia you may be blocked from editing without further notice.
Note: this same notice has been given to User talk:155.201.42.99

Hello, I'm CommanderWaterford. I noticed that in this edit to Draft:J.T. Patten, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. CommanderWaterford (talk) 19:17, 9 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
