New User edit

I would like to state this IP was used by a number of different people in the past for vandalism so please don't refer to those in the future when debating or etc — Preceding unsigned comment added by 38.104.198.187 (talkcontribs) 19:16, May 1, 2019 (UTC)

Fair enough, but if you share this IP with people who use it for vandalism, you may have to put up with being blocked from time to time, for things that the vandal accounts are doing. I would highly recommend that you register for an account, and then you won't have this problem any more. It's free, easy, and gives you other benefits as well. Best of luck, Mathglot (talk) 08:52, 2 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

May 2019 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Adolf Hitler are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines, not for general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics, or statements based on your thoughts or feelings. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you.

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Mathglot I happened across the conversation that spawned this unnecessary warning, and the IP was totally in the right to call you out. Your attitude towards any change in the information stinks, and you are the one in needing of disciplinary action. People that share your attitude is why Wikipedia is a joke. 2601:644:877F:F6D8:205C:C567:D1E3:6AA1 (talk) 21:54, 12 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
