Re:GC tables edit

It's for aesthetic reasons; by linking to each Grand Tour, even though a rider is not competing... it is wasting bytes, that can be used in other areas on the article. The mutton dash is also a better way of portraying the blanks. It's good to have the tables, and it's even better when each team has a uniform way of showing the results. Hope you understand. Craig(talk) 16:47, 22 July 2013 (UTC) Now that i've understand the reasons, i will try to clean up the tables. Thanks a lot!Reply

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Simone Stortoni does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! Trafford09 (talk) 20:34, 22 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Mikhail Youzhny career statistics edit

Don't vandalise this page again. --TIAYN (talk) 15:32, 28 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

What the fuck are you doing???? Huh??? Get you're head out of you're fucking ass and read; career statistics, what the fuck does that mean??? It means career, and not only ATP World Tour statistics... This list is currently a WP:FL stop fucking vandalizing the fucking page, you fucking dork. --TIAYN (talk) 21:03, 28 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Sorry, I'm pissed.. I reverted you're edits because you removed content. You can't just remove content, you have no right to do so, especially when its sources and when its valid. --TIAYN (talk) 21:05, 28 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Read this: Wikipedia:Featured list candidates/Mikhail Youzhny career statistics/archive1... There are no tennis career statistics FL lists, so none of them would pass the guidelines as acceptable (for instance, Roger Federer career statistics, Novak Djokovic career statistics, Rafael Nadal career statistics would all fail FL criteria, and therefore should not be copyied).. The FL criteria is the best, and only criteria which should be followed, read WP:FL... --TIAYN (talk) 21:13, 28 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

37.117.180.140 (talk) 21:19, 28 July 2013 (UTC)What is your problem? I didn't cancel everything as you did, and i am not as rude as you've shown instead. Go to see the other pages (for examples Tomas Berdych or Jo-Wilfried Tsonga) and every page hasn't this absurd layout. I'm not rude and I never will be, but here you are wrong and i will reverted the page (WITHOUT cancelling nothing), only making it equal to the others. Do you understand? PS: I read the page, but this scheme (that is absolutely right) i haven't touched it.Reply

SORRY (I get angry way to quick), but READ' this: Wikipedia:Featured list candidates/Mikhail Youzhny career statistics/archive1... There are no tennis career statistics FL lists, so none of them would pass the guidelines as acceptable (for instance, Roger Federer career statistics, Novak Djokovic career statistics, Rafael Nadal career statistics would all fail FL criteria, and therefore should not be copyied).. Capitals edit

Be careful with adding capital letters. Wiki policy is not to capitalize first letters unless they are always capitalized ... ie.e a proper name. Things like "ATP career finals", not ATP Career Finals." "Grand Slam tournaments", not "Grand Slam Tournaments." Thanks. Fyunck(click) (talk) 18:10, 28 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Also... year-end championships and masters finals are NOT major finals. Major finals are ONLY to be labeled as such for the 4 Majors (Australian,French,Wimbledon and US championships) to avoid confusion for any of our readers. We either omit it or use "significant" in place of "major" when referring to those lesser tournaments. Thanks. Fyunck(click) (talk) 21:52, 4 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I'm Jianhui67. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Marcin Matkowski without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry: I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, you can use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! August 2013 edit

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Victoria Azarenka career statistics. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Rami R 07:45, 8 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
