Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia!

Someone using this IP address, 2600:1700:BB91:1450:7521:50F2:728F:4061, has made edits that were made in good faith, but have been deemed not to contribute positively to the article. These edits have thus been reverted. Wikipedia's page on unacceptable additions may explain why. If you'd like to experiment with the syntax, please do so in the sandbox rather than in articles.

If you are confused by this message as it does not appear to relate to you, getting a username to avoid confusion with other editors.

You don't have to log in to read or edit pages on Wikipedia, but creating an account is quick, free, requires no personal information, and has many benefits. Without a username, your IP address is used to identify you.

Some good links for newcomers are:

Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and a timestamp. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask the Help Desk, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

This section is linked from User talk:2600:1700:BB91:1450:6DB8:7FB4:AEE:28FD#Similar pattern of editing.

It seems you wish to work on improving the article Jeffrey Dahmer. Please go through some of the links above, and you may also wish to consider going through the Tutorial. Some of your edits appear to be good faith attempts to improve the article, but in fact, have caused other editors to spend time examining and undoing your edits, as occurred here, when Martinevans123 reverted 2600:1700:bb91:1450:6db8:7fb4:aee:28fd (was that you as well?), and here, where Drmies reverted 17 edits by 2600:1700:BB91:1450:6DB8:7FB4:AEE:28FD (you again, I presume? the pattern is identical), and here, when I reverted fifteen of your edits.

Even if your intention is to help, at some point this becomes disruptive, and takes up too much of other editors' time, to be a net positive to the encyclopedia. If you intend to stay on as an editor, may I ask you to say something about your edit philosophy here, and what you intend to work on? Also, you might consider asking for mentorship. If I can help, please don't hesitate to contact me on my Talk page. Cordially, Mathglot (talk) 08:01, 13 June 2018 (UTC)Reply
