February 2017 edit

I've reverted you well intentioned edit. Historically a billion in the UK is 1012 and in the US 109 so is best avoided. Next, keeping integer amounts rather than decimal fractions is easier for some readers and finally it uses the mint's own format, and that is the cited source.
