December 2020 edit

Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that you made a change to an article, 2020 Armenian protests, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Materialscientist (talk) 11:46, 10 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello! I have provided a source. Actually it is the same source as was for the previous sentence. Have a good day! — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.155.240.129 (talk) 19:18, 26 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Talk page hints edit

It looks as though you might have been having a little trouble indenting your reply on a talk page. The short answer: use a colon, and if the person you're replying to already had one or more colons at the beginning of their post, add one more than they used at the beginning of your reply. A more thorough explanation can be found at WP:INDENT, and there's Help:Talk pages, too. Remember to sign your posts with four tildes ~~~~. Happy editing! Hello. Whatever I did, I could not make my sentence begin from very left. When I add ":", it makes it as if I reply to previous comment, but I wanted to reply generally to topic. Can you please change my comment to begin from very left and not hidhlighted? After that I will check how you edited it.
Your post was actually a reply to another one (you were thanking people who'd posted), so I indented it that way - if it were all the way to the left, it would be wrong. It's probably not a good example to use. Take a look at WP:INDENT; things are clearly explained there.

Please start signing your posts. I know it takes time to learn all the new things at Wikipedia, but this is a simple one. It makes things much easier for other people because we can tell who said what. There are two ways you can sign a post.

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window. Either of these will automatically insert a signature with your IP address and the time you posted the comment.

voting with IP edit

Hi, user editing under IP 212.156.71.30, I noticed your votes in Nagorno Karabakh war page RfC, and thought you may find this a useful read. Registering would give more weight to your opinions. Regards, --Armatura (talk) 17:57, 16 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
