If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

This is the title panel of the the 1943 Famous Studios Superman cartoon "Secret Agent". The ENTIRE series of Fleischer/Famous Studios Superman cartoons from the early 40s are very well known to be public domain. This is a frame from that public domain cartoon. My apologies for my error in the process of uploading this photo. I have uploaded a couple other book covers like this. They belong to a series of Indiana Jones books I am currently reading that were published by Bantam Books in the 1990s. I hope to write articles for all twelve books as I work my way through the series. The image in question is the book cover for Indiana Jones and the Seven Veils and has been uploaded specifically for use on the article about this book. This is the promo poster for a public domain film and is thereby also public domain. At least that has been my understanding of the copyright law. This issue was brought up immediately after I originally uploaded this image and I believe it was resolved then. Aside from it's public domain status, this is also merely a film poster, uploaded solely to be used on the wikipedia entry for the film. I have uploaded other movie posters, dvd covers and book covers for the same purposes on their corresponding entries in the past as this is allowed under wikipedia's rules.--1938superman (talk) 05:59, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
