July 2019 edit

Hello! Please, restrain from nonconstructive edits. --Маргарита Бабовникова (talk) 09:08, 24 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at PewDiePie.

Hello, I'm Маргарита Бабовникова. I noticed that you recently made an edit to List of people from Brighton and Hove in which your edit summary did not appear to describe the change you made. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.

Welcome, and thank you for your attempt to lighten up Wikipedia. However, this is an encyclopedia and articles are intended to be serious, so please don't make joke edits, as you did to Chalmers University of Technology. Readers looking for accurate information will not find them amusing. If you'd like to experiment with editing, please use the sandbox instead, where you are given a certain degree of freedom in what you write.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, we would like you to assume good faith while interacting with other editors, which you did not do on Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you.

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as 1226lryan are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines, not for general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics, or statements based on your thoughts or feelings. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you.

February 2021 edit

Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in First Jewish–Roman War. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Era styles (BC/AD and BCE/CE) are subject to Wikipedia guidelines detailed at MOS:ERA.
