editHello, I'm Materialscientist. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more external links you added to Joe Root because they seemed inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Ayabonga Khaka. Wikipedia is not a collection of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links may include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 10:28, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
This is your only warning; if you insert a spam link to Wikipedia again, as you did at 2023 ICC Women's T20 World Cup, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. editHello, I'm DreamRimmer. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Rainbow table—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse or the Help desk. Thanks. – DreamRimmer (talk) 17:21, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
