I apologize for Wikipedia, a lot of the processes (like Articles for creation) are policed by people that seem to take delight in exclusion. The good news: your account has been around for more than 4 days and 10 edits, meaning that you don't actually have to use the Articles for creation process again for your second article, should you choose to continue contributing.
