Miss Grand Italy 2024 will be the sixth edition of the Miss Grand Italy pageant, scheduled to be held in June 2024.

Selection of contestants
editThe national finalists for Miss Grand Italy will be elected through the regional pageants held by different local organizers. Unlike the Miss Grand national pageant in other countries, e.g., Miss Grand Spain or Miss Grand Thailand, even though the contest applied the regional system to select the contestants for the national round, regional title, such as Miss Grand Abruzzo, Miss Grand Basilicata, Miss Grand Sardinia, etc., was not assigned; the number of contestants from each region that qualified for the national contest was usually more than one.
