My Favorite Music edit
I love a wide variety of music, particularly alternative/indie rock, post-punk, new wave, classic rock, power pop, shoegaze, and dream pop. Some of my favorite artists (in no particular order) include Soundgarden (RIP Chris Cornell), Coldplay, Switchfoot, Foo Fighters, Manic Street Preachers, Faith No More, Pearl Jam, Temple of the Dog, Alice in Chains, Led Zeppelin, George Michael (RIP), Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty (RIP), Bob Seger, John Mellencamp, Echo and the Bunnymen, New Order, Depeche Mode, Kate Bush, The Charlatans UK, The Verve, Ride, Slowdive, Catherine Wheel, Swervedriver, Kitchens of Distinction, Stone Temple Pilots, Matchbox Twenty, Elton John, Billy Joel, Genesis, Phil Collins, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Electric Light Orchestra, Supertramp, Eagles, The Cars, The Stone Roses, James, Travis, Blur, early Oasis, Supergrass, Suede, Pulp, Teenage Fanclub, The Ocean Blue, The Clash, The Offspring, The Jam, Gang of Four, Wire, Killing Joke, Doves, Keane, Foals, Two Door Cinema Club, Bombay Bicycle Club, Local Natives, and Wild Nothing, among many others. My Favorite Movies edit
I love James Bond movies especially those with Sean Connery and Daniel Craig, although some of the Roger Moore ones were good too. Great action and great stories. Some of my other favorite movies include Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, Trading Places, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Logan Lucky, and nearly all Pixar movies. I mostly watch comedy, action, thriller, suspense, mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, and animated films.
My Favorite TV Shows edit
I am a big fan of Conan, The Soup (with Joel McHale), Saturday Night Live, Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the Law and Order franchise, and Comedy Central, particularly Reno 911! (at least Comedy Central era, haven't seen Quibi reboot yet), The Daily Show (Jon Stewart era), and The Colbert Report (RIP). I watch CNN, MSNBC, ESPN, and other sports channels/programming often as well. I am also a fan of People of Earth (RIP too soon), The Good Place, American Housewife, Parks and Recreation, New Girl, Sherlock (first couple series), Daredevil, and Luke Cage, among other shows.
Political and Religious Views edit
I am a left-wing Democrat with left-libertarian/syndicalist leanings. I firmly believe in and support social and economic equality. I am anti-war, anti-police brutality, pro-gun control, pro-environmentalism, and supportive of increased economic regulations/socialization, universal healthcare, and the decriminalization of drug possession. I am technically pro-choice though personally largely opposed to abortion.
I am also a Roman Catholic and a staunch theist, though with a more liberal/progressive interpretation of Christianity. I do not care if you are of another religious affiliation, as long as you're not a zealot.
