User:Onshore/sandbox/2018–19 Bangor City F.C. Season

The 2018–19 season was Bangor City's 143rd season in existence, and their first and only season in the Cymru Alliance. Bangor City also competed in the Welsh Cup and Welsh League Cup. The season covered the period from 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2019.
On 24 June 2019, Bangor City were deducted 21 points from the Cymru Alliance for alleging that a player was contracted from November 2018 when in fact the player did not enter into a contract until 1 January 2019, which resulted in a breach of FAW Rules.[1]
In May 2019, Bangor City were also placed with a Transfer Embargo, which means they are forbidden from registering any professional player until 31 December 2019.[2]
