I created this user page in addition to the course "Translating Wikipedia" offered at the University of Freiburg where we translate German Wikipedia articles into English. I am not only studying English but also Biology in order to become a teacher one day. Or something else, who knows.

Even though I've been using Wikipedia for quite a while now, especially for school projects (shh, don't tell my teachers!), I am only a beginner concerning everything that is going on "behind the scenes".
