Justus "Lil Corn" Cornell is a fictional rapper and minor character on Cat on the Roof. He is best known for his critically acclaimed catalog such as the Phony-nominated album Corn Juice (2005). Residing in Tucker's bedroom is an exclusive mixtape gifted to him by one of his trainees, This is My Corn Shit Vol. 2. The lead single from the EP "They Call Me Roosevelt" is about the ex-baseball player—the song admits his humility only when it's convenient and mimicks his tendency to brag and show off.

While among hip hop fans like Tucker and Griffin he is mentioned by name only a few times in the first 3 seasons, his only on-screen appearance is a cameo in a 2008 mid-season 4 special.
