"The Man" vs. the Woman: My Experience with Tuck is a short story told by Justine, one of Tucker's exes on an NPR radio show. It was briefly heard at the end of "It's Raining Chicks on the Roof!" (1x19) when Griffin and Kyle were casually switching through TV and radio channels.

A summary of what happened (in present tense)

edit
  • According to a full cut of a 2004 Good Morning America interview with a male interviewer, Tucker Unsworth stated that he only accepts women-led interviews if he's slept with them. It didn't make the full cut but Justine saw the deleted blunder. She wants to become the first woman to interview Tucker without having to bed him.
  • A colleague gives her a VIP pass for a tour to the Bonkers office.
  • She meets Tucker while he is walking with Lucie.
  • Justine requests him for an interview. He thinks this is a prompt for him to romance her. She gives in knowing that she'll do a bait-and-switch on him.
  • They go on one formal date together. In that one date, she asks him a lot of questions.
  • During a long limo ride home, Justine and a passenger (an NPR journalist undercover) records the interview with Unsworth.
  • Eventually, the couple arrive home.
  • Justine and Tucker sit in his couch. She expects a making out session. She is correct in her assumption.
  • Before intending to kiss her, he asks her what else she knows about him.
  • She recites a whole Wikipedia article to completely turn him off. Her mission is a success.
  • The next day, Jill's called by a prank caller pretending to be FedEx.
  • Upon opening the door, there are actually 12 of Justine's crew member as fake beauty pageants. They raid his house.
  • The pageants gather information about all of his exes and creepy stuff he has around the house. They send it to Justine.
