Toshihide Matsui (松井 俊英, Matsui Toshihide, born 19 April 1978) is a professional Japanese tennis player. On 12 June 2006, he reached his highest ATP singles ranking of 261 and his highest doubles ranking of 130 achieved on 7 May 2018.[1]
