Video?

@RoySmith: thanks for promoting and agreed on using ALT4 (I forgot about that part of the criteria). Is it possible for the video to be used? Videos are rare on the main page, and since we have a high quality, freely licensed one, it would be nice. Legoktm (talk) 22:06, 30 November 2022 (UTC)

@Legoktm I looked at the video and didn't think it would work well. At the size it ends up on the front page, there's a big "CC" logo near the top, a play button in the middle, and a "0:14" legend naar the bottom. Between the three, you really can't recognize what it is. Maybe it renders better on other platforms? I don't feel strongly about this, so if somebody wants to unpromote it or move it to another set where it can be at the top, I have no objections. -- RoySmith (talk) 22:31, 30 November 2022 (UTC)

That's totally fair, and feels like a software bug to me so I've filed T324306. And I'll try to see if we can get a horizontal video... Legoktm (talk) 05:01, 2 December 2022 (UTC)
