template format edit

the use of hardcoded bullets are problematic for wp:accessibility. the inclusion of large icons in the title bar stretch the title bar unnecessarily, and in a non-standard way. the use of bold markup in the title causes problems with Internet Explorer, which shows this as "double bold". in other browsers, it's entirely spurious. I look forward to the rationale behind reverting my edits to correct these issues. see this version with hlist and this version without hlist. Frietjes (talk) 19:58, 16 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
