Why?! edit

Why do people keep removing the following titles of the series from this template?!?! SNK VS. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium, SNK VS. Capcom: Card Fighters (series), SNK VS. Capcom: SVC Chaos, Namco X Capcom, Tekken X Street Fighter and Street Fighter X Tekken!! They are clearly part of the VS. Capcom series!!!!!!! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Looney Guy (talkcontribs) 19:17, 11 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

You need sources that explicitly say such things. Especially, if you think an action RPG is part of a traditional fighter series lol. Capcom or reliable third-party sources need to say their part of this series. Also, this template is called Capcom's VS. series, SNK-developed games have their own template as mentioned in the documentation. « ₣M₣ » 19:51, 11 February 2011 (UTC)
Well, Capcom helped in those titles, Namco X Capcom was half RPG, but the other half was the usual fighting style we all know. Looney Guy —Preceding undated comment added 17:49, 12 February 2011 (UTC).Reply
The SNK series can be merged here since its repetitive, however they're considered part of a different group of games. So it will be separate from the main series. As for the rest, none of that prove its part of this series. Read what original research is. Edit: SNK-developed games removed for the sake of consistency with this template. A line has to be drawn and things got too ambiguous. « ₣M₣ » 18:53, 27 February 2011 (UTC)
You need a source that says Street Fighter x Tekken is part of the Vs. Series just because it doesn't have 'vs.' in the title? Ridiculous. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.231.138.206 (talk) 17:28, 20 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
Agreed. User:Looney Guy —Preceding undated comment added 23:35, 30 March 2011 (UTC).Reply
As far as I can tell, this results of this discussion are clear: The "X" series are considered different from the "Vs." series. There really should not be any more attempts to add it in anymore. TheStickMan[✆Talk] 12:40, 20 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
