It might be better to just have "decade=" and "year=" parameters as that would fix the issue of the 2010s and beyond. ···日本穣? · Talk to Nihonjoe 02:51, 8 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
Well, what I'm really worried about is the redlinks in the decade row... For instance, if I set the decades row up to "jump" every ten categories (decades) the same way the years row does, we'd end up with this when looking at something in the 2010s: "Decades:2010—2020—2030—2040—2050—2060—2070—2080—2090—2100" which, obviously, is a bit of a problem considering it would literally be decades before most of these would/could be created. I could instead just expand the decades row to display the 2010s category in addition to the rest... Thoughts? 「ダイノガイ千?!」(Dinoguy1000) 18:14, 9 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
I decided to just tack the 2010s link on to the end of the list and remove the Decades: bit - it'll suffice for the next decade, I think, at which time (assuming this particular template (or templates as we know them) is still being used) the problem will have to be properly addressed. =) 「ダイノガイ千?!」(Dinoguy1000) 19:10, 6 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
