  • This article is new enough and long enough. The image is suitably licensed, the hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral, and I detected no copyright issues. A QPQ has been done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 18:16, 18 June 2021 (UTC)
  • Given that FAZ is the abbreviation for a newspaper, and print titles are supposed to be in italics, shouldn't the abbreviation be in italics, too? It's the same issue with the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung target article; the abbreviation is sometimes italicised and sometimes not. I suggest we sort that out before this gets promoted. @Gerda Arendt: Please could you sort this out? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:34, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
I really don't know nor care if the abbreviation is italic. It doesn't change the meaning. Someone who knows please change or not. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:23, 27 July 2021 (UTC)
I've looked it up and it does say in MOS:ITALICS: "Italics should be used for the following types of names and titles, or abbreviations thereof:" Newspapers are in the subsequent list. I've therefore italicised "FAZ" in ALT0. Schwede66 20:03, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
Thank you for looking, Schwede66. Will you kindly restore the approval? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:26, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
