Are All Men Pedophiles?
edit- ... that the 2012 documentary film Are All Men Pedophiles? was inspired by its 23-year old maker's attraction to girls as young as 15?

- Falls below 1,500 character minimum, excluding citations, infobox, and reference list. Needs expansion, such as adding in reception. However, just avoid lengthy quotes and make more paraphrasing. References are fine though. --George Ho (talk) 09:46, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
- By the way, IMDB is an unreliable source because of user-submittance, so I removed it. --George Ho (talk) 10:39, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
- OK, but please check out Wikipedia talk:External links/Perennial websites#IMDb user-submitted content is reviewed. __meco (talk) 14:11, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
- ... Back on subject, this article needs reviews from sources, like NY Times or LA Times. This can do. Oh... paraphrasing would be recommended. Ooh... I found this non-review source. --George Ho (talk) 17:55, 1 July 2012 (UTC)
Passes minimum and information well-sourced. However, I was hoping any other source, as there weren't additional sources, but I'm not sure. I wouldn't include a lot of info from same sources, but I'll leave this to another reviewer then. To be honest, this topic has not yet been released in general theatres yet, as there were only festival releases. I'll make sure that someone here is more experience on film articles or a film expert. --George Ho (talk) 20:20, 3 July 2012 (UTC)
- I have severe reservations about this one, so I'm marking it as a "no". The topic notability is likely to judged as borderline (I think it's notable, though) because the sources are all non-mainstream. The movie title seems to me to be deliberately misleading and exploitive (in a commercial sense) in equating men's attraction to nubile females with "pedophilia". (Adult men who have sexual relations with 15-year-old females are violating laws in many jurisdictions, but sexual attraction to females at that age is nothing at all like a pedophile's sexual attraction to young children.) Then there's the issue of the photo of the girl that is used, possibly without proper permission, in promotion of the film (and is prominently displayed in the Wikipedia article). Featuring this article in DYK would be perceived (perhaps correctly) as an advert for the movie, an advert for pedophilia, exploitive of children (the model in the photo), and a cheap attempt by DYK to get attention by appealing to the least common denominator. That's why I marked it as a "no". --Orlady (talk) 19:43, 28 July 2012 (UTC)
