In response to the "appearance" of a close connection to the subject of this article, I am not related to, nor do I have a close connection with the subject. I have read and been inspired by the experiences contained in his memoir. Details about the subject's childhood experiences and personal life are verifiable and have now been referenced with citations.
Much of this content seems to be sourced to his own memoir. The question is whether that meets wikipedia's definition of being verifiable and a reliable source. Is the publisher of the memoir, "Bookends Press", a way of self-publishing? Is the book available somewhere? It does not seem to be listed on WorldCat or Google Books. Hi Melcous, thank you for your constructive feedback. To ensure that the information contained in the article is verifiable and neutral, I am going to remove the content that is sourced from the subject's memoir. Can you please provide feedback on steps I can take to resolve the "close connection" question? Victor C. Bolling (talk) 15:32, 28 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
