Does this really need to have it's own article? The information in it is meaningless and doesn't deserve to have it's own page. LightningOffense 14:31, 15 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
In general being listed on NRHP means it is notable. Further, this is one of just 24 National Historic Landmarks in Iowa. It is an architecturally important building, a fine example of Prairie School architecture. I added links to its NHL nomination and accompanying set of 25 photos, but just barely added to the text of the article.
