Artcle is new, long enough and neutral. It cites sources inline. "Earwig's Copyvio Detector" reports no significant text similarities for the English-langiage source. All other references are in foreign language. Both hooks are well-formatted, and their lengths are within limit. Both hooks' fact is cited inline.
