William J. S. Elliott was born C.1954. See: The Globe and Mail. Toronto, Ont.: Jul 7, 2007. pg. A.4. Birth place unknown. It has been asserted that Bill Elliott is in some way related to former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. [Brian Mulroney's elder sister Olive married a Dick Elliott, a Civil Engineer from Saskatchewan, in 1958.] Rupertlt (talk) 01:57, 13 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Who is the predecessor?

edit

The statement "His appointment came after the resignation of Giuliano Zaccardelli..." contradicts the item in the infobox that denotes Beverley Busson as the one that succeeded Zaccardelli. So..what really happened? --Hooperbloob (talk) 07:41, 27 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Controversy

edit

Data should be collected to properly document the controversy surrounding his tenure at the RCMP. I'll gather data here for now. If someone feels like expanding on it or turning into actual text...

I've tried to avoid duplicate articles, hopefully there's some good data to be mined from all this.Chris Latour (talk) 16:20, 28 February 2011 (UTC)Reply
